The 5-Day Money Back Guarantee begins once the customer takes possession of the vehicle.
If you choose to return the vehicle within the guarantee period, you are entitled to a refund of the vehicle purchase price, 7% TAVT, and the $60 Tag & Title Fee. The following fees are non-refundable:
- $500 Restocking Fee
- $125 ETR Processing Fee
- Dealer Financing Fee (if financed)
- 3% Convenience Fee (if paid by credit card)
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Written notice of intent to return the vehicle must be provided before 5:00 PM EST on the fifth calendar day after delivery.
- The vehicle may not exceed 250 miles driven from the mileage recorded at delivery.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear excepted.
- All original keys, manuals, accessories, and documents must be returned with the vehicle.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the vehicle has been modified, damaged, abused, neglected, or altered from its original condition at the time of delivery.
Vehicles returned after the 5-day period or exceeding the 250-mile limit are not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
