Highly recommend Lino Dapelli! I don’t typically leave reviews but leaving one here is a must! I wasnone signature away from purchasing a vehicle at another dealer & the door handle ended up falling off in my hand. Automatically started searching again... Found a 2014 Cruze at Depelli Autos. Called & explained my situation & he was so kind to work with me! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish! Lino was honest & respectful... presented service papers where he took it for a 360 inspection, new tires, etc. & pictures of the state of the vehicle when he got it without me even asking. I’ve had the vehicle for a few weeks now & everything is still great! All vehicles on the lot were beautiful & cared for. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

My wife and I bought a 2012 VW Jetta from Dapelli Autos. Lino was very professional and patient with us. The car has been reliable and we got a very good deal on it. If you're in the market for a used car, I would highly recommend you buy through Dapelli Autos.

I couldn't give a high recommendation about Lino and Dapelli! Such a stand up guy with such integrity. He was patient when it took me a few days to get together the money to purchase and didn't threaten to give it away or rush me. When inspecting the car, the few concerns I said I had he assured that if they became a problem in the future he'd help. A week after purchase I identified that one of my tires were about to bust and making the car pull. Even though I signed the car "AS IS" and didn't have it checked out by mechanic like I should, he still is assisting me with getting my repairs. He is super patient. He actually cares about your experience. SO unexpected of a used car dealer. I genuinely couldn't give a high recommendation. It's truly hard to find kind people that actually care how things turn out for you. SO appreciated. Going to send everyone I can his way because he goes above and beyond. Thank you, Lino. You're rare.

Courteous, professional and honorable describes Dapelli Autos. Lino went out of his way to accommodate me before and after the sale. Every used car potentially will have a problem or two. But Lino went through mine thoroughly and explained everything that I needed to take care of as the new owner. I recommend him to anyone that’s looking a great used vehicle.
